Meet Sophie

I’m Sophie — a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach based in San Jose.

My coaching style is supportive, thoughtful, and rooted in understanding how your body moves. I specialize in strength training that’s intentional and personalized, helping clients build confidence, consistency, and long-term results without burnout or extremes.

I care deeply about creating a training environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, supported through challenges, and confident in your progress — both inside and outside the gym.
